Nebraska to host four-star defensive tackle

Nebraska football has a big visit weekend on Saturday as they take on the Rutgers Scarlet Knights. Another big name was added to the list on Wednesday, as 2027 four-star defensive tackle Bryce Perry-Wright will visit Lincoln this weekend.

Perry-Wright is the third-ranked defensive tackle in the Rivals 250 rankings. He has visited Auburn frequently over the past year, visiting the campus three times in March, July, and September. He has 37 offers in total.

He is off to a strong start for Buford High School. He has 20 tackles and two sacks in four games. Buford has been fruitful for the Huskers in recent memory. 2026 quarterback Dayton Raiola committed to Nebraska last month and is the Buford starting quarterback.

This is shaping up to be a busy week of offers for Nebraska football as they look to get the class moving. Perry-Wright is undoubtedly a solid target, as his athleticism and ability to fill holes quickly are two of his big strengths. Nebraska has had strong defensive line play recently, and he would continue the tradition if he were to commit.
