Top fantasy football kickers to stream in Week 5

Kicker isn’t a position most of us put a lot of thought into when it comes to constructing our fantasy rosters. At least, not until we have to, when our incumbent kicker leaves us a few points short in a close loss or needs to be replaced during a bye.

That’s why it’s important to know which kickers are the best options each week (and likely available). FTW has the answers right here. But first…

Week 4 top performers

  • Nick Folk, Tennessee Titans (17 points)
  • Greg Joseph, New York Giants (15 points)
  • Younghoe Koo, Atlanta Falcons (14 points)
  • Joshua Karty, Los Angeles Rams (12 points)
  • Jake Moody, San Francisco 49ers (12 points)

Now, here’s who you should target this week:

The Jets were held to nine points last week, which was great news for Zuerlein, who connected on three of four field goal attempts. They could face similar struggles to punch the ball into the end zone against Minnesota.

Slye should be kicking with a ton of confidence in this one after nailing the fourth-longest field goal in NFL history last week. The Dolphins allow the fifth-most fantasy points to kickers this week, so even with how New England’s offense has struggled to move the ball, he should have opportunities.

Santos’ production has been limited by Chicago’s struggles on offense, but they should have a lot more success this week against the Panthers. Carolina allows the third-most fantasy points to kickers this season.

Myers was a letdown after making this list last week, but that was due to lack of opportunity, with his only FG attempt being a 62-yard prayer at the end of the half. He has a much better matchup this week against the Giants.

I just think the Steelers are going to pound Dallas with a heavy dose of the run, and find a lot of success doing it. Especially with DeMarcus Lawerence and Micah Parsons out, Pittsburgh is going to live in Dallas territory, which should leave some opportunities for Boswell.
