In the latest development, Bitcoin miner MARA Holdings has revealed that it has expanded its cryptocurrency portfolio by purchasing an additional 5,771 BTC for $572 million. The acquisition was completed at an average price of $95,554 per Bitcoin. With its 0% convertible note offering, the company has achieved a 35% BTC yield per share and now owns a total of approximately 33,875 BTC currently valued at $3.4B based on a spot BTC price of $99,000.
