A former Rutgers football player was among five others who were killed in a car accident. According to multiple sources, Brad Cunningham a member of the first recruiting class of Greg Schiano was killed along with five others in a crash in New Jersey.

Cunningham was a high school football coach, 32, and his assistant Lamar McKnight, 41, were been killed in a horror car accident in New Jersey.

Lamar McKnight was a beloved former college football star who launched a quarterback academy post-retirement, while Brad Cunningham is credited with laying the foundations of the Rutgers football program, with Coach Greg Schiano.
