Former 500cc Grand Prix motocrosser Rob Andrews took a track walk around The Citadelle, at Naumr, Belgium, the most famous motocross track in history. The track, located within an old fortress above the city of Namur, was over three minutes long!
Andrews videoed his visit and walk for a five-part series called “Namur Track Walk” where he explains where the epic track used to go and some of the things that happened there between the first race in 1947 and the last in 2007.
Here’s Part 3, “The Downhill Double at Chalet du Monument.”
And if you missed part one and two, watch them below.

No other motocross track in the world was as magnificent, awe-inspiring, or absurd as the Citadel of Namur in Belgium (read or listen).
