Light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira doesn’t hold the undefeated Khamzat Chimaev in high regard, which was apparent in his comments about the Chechnyan-born almost two years ago. ‘Poatan’ called him a “dog’s a**hole” in Portuguese while describing a list of fighters. After a long time, Chimaev decided to take a dig at Pereira and he did that recently on social media.
While sharing a couple of snaps of Alex Pereira getting knocked out in his only UFC loss, which came against Israel Adesanya, Khamzat Chimaev gave his own rendition of the 205-pound king’s catchphrase coupled with an insult. He tweeted, “Sama wake up.”
